Data-Driven Assessments

Organizational consulting is an objective assessment of issues and recommendations for addressing them. The consultation process provides data-driven assessments that are in-depth and multi-faceted. Data collection includes personnel interviews, reviews of procedures and policies, in-person observations, and analyses of documents and communications. After the issues are understood, written recommendations, which may include individual personnel and team coaching, workshops, the creation of new practices, and personnel reassignment or termination, are provided in a comprehensive report.

Pricing

To be determined and agreed upon by all relevant parties depending on nature of project and services requested. Pricing is divided as:

Billable hours (100-250 NIS per hour)
Per workshop (1,000-4,000 NIS)
Per coaching session (400-500 NIS per session)
